Open to mixed ability as we can cater for the complete beginner through to the more advanced individual. The workshop consist of 3 blocks: Boxing style warm up, Stance, Punch, Defend, Boxing Workout and Combos.

Barbell Skills

Temple Quay

This workshop will cover all levels of knowledge required to build a skill base in Olympic lifting and barbell training. It will include details of appropriate pre-screening, mobility and warm-up drills as well as tutoring in relevant accessory lifts and technique development in the "big three" of Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. It will be highly interactive with lots of lifting so come prepared to work!
