At Starks Fitness we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality coaching either in a 1-1 or group scenario. Starks coaches spend hours each week upskilling and educating themselves in order to give our clients the best possible service.
Over time it became clear that we could offer the same service to those not able to train with us in person. We have now launched our online coaching suite which boasts a strong line up of coaching packages to meet the needs of clients from further afield.
Peak365 is your chance to chase optimal performance. Five training days each week covering all of the main compound exercises along with supporting accessory work.
The goal of each block is to see incremental gains in load lifted across varying rep/set structures. Each session also has a specific section targeted towards energy system development, this is a mixture of your anaerobic and aerobic cardiovascular capacity.
Aesthetic365 for the body you desire, year round. Our coaches have carefully constructed the perfect mixture of bodybuilding and interval style training.
Giving you the perfect balance of progressive overload, time under tension and mixed modal cardio. Aesthetic 365 also comes with a male or female option with different target areas.
The female plan focuses on more volume and muscular endurance. Prioritising the posterior chain, core and arms.
The male plan focuses on strength and hypertrophy. Prioritising chest, back shoulders and quads.
Complete365 is the complete package. Working 1-1 with one of our highly skilled coaches, we leave no stone unturned with all things lifestyle, training and nutrition.
You’ll be set up with your own profile on our online platform where you can converse with your coach, track and measure your goals and also record every training session.
A biweekly video call gives us a chance to connect as client and coach and make sure you are on track, confident and happy with your plan!
Also included is nutritional coaching and advice relative to your goal, we track and measure this alongside your training and body metrics and feedback in your biweekly check in.
We deliver our sessions through a user-friendly online platform that is viewable in-app format or via your desktop.
Each client will have their own profile where they can view upcoming sessions, converse with their coach, make notes on their completed sessions and also view video demonstrations of all the exercises they have been asked to complete.
