Hi! I’m Tom.

I head up the SF Calisthenics program and take the advanced classes at the gym. I love coaching calisthenics and bodyweight training and love seeing the impact that increased mobility, movement capability and strength has on my clients day to day lives.

Personal Goals

At the moment, I’m currently working on rehabbing my knee after an operation this summer, as well as progressing my own bodyweight training, the one arm handstand is the main beast I want to conquer in the future!

To date, some of my most meaningful achievements have been representing Wales Students in Rugby League and competing in strongman competitions. My favourite exercise is the handstand, of course! My favourite food/meal is anabolic ice cream. It helps with the #GAINZ. My favourite music to train to has to be a bit of Taylor Swift! I just love to do handstand to a bit of Swifty!
