Hi, I’m Tom.
My interests in physical fitness have been built on a love for functional fitness and Olympic lifting. I have been heavily involved in the Crossfit community in Somerset for over 5 years, coaching and competing myself in various competitions across Europe. My expertise lies in mainly strength and conditioning through olympic lifting and functional bodybuilding. Over the past 2 two years I have provided personal training to athletes wishing to build strength, refine lifting techniques and lose fat.
I’m passionate about transforming people’s lives through fitness, nutrition and hard work. I want to bring my strong background in olympic lifting to Starks Fitness and enable people to learn new techniques to become stronger and fitter, both in and outside the gym environment.Book a consultation
