I have been working as a personal trainer for just over 4 years. After playing professional rugby, personal training seemed the perfect fit of job for me to move on to. I love running, conditioning and hit classes, but my main passion and expertise’s is in time under tension and weight training. Clients always come in and say they want to lose body fat and build or add muscle. I believe that the amount of time you put your muscles under tension is a critical component of muscle growth.Book a consultation
My personal goal is to achieve a 1st place at a fitness physique competition where so far I have received 4th place in my first two competitions, this being my best achievement so far. My favourite exercise is the wide grip pull down and I’ll most likely be listening to either House or Old School tunes. My favourite anytime meal is steak and eggs, my favourite post workout meal has to be either turkey or chicken with white rice and veggies!
