My passion is to motivate and encourage others to become their happiest, healthiest self.
I started my journey eight years ago to improve my body, mind and my confidence, this is the single greatest thing I ever did for myself. So now I want to do it for you too.
For as long as I can remember I’ve had a predisposition to mental health issues, this limited my ability to do simple tasks and I was sick of it. After a variety of different failed methods I decided to try out fitness in the hope, it would improve how I looked, and more importantly how I saw myself.
Once I discovered the benefits it had on not only my body but my mindset too, I was addicted. Through the power of lifting weights, moving more, becoming more mindful/spiritual, eating less of the bad stuff and more of the good stuff I became empowered. I developed not only the physical strength but the mental kind as well, and I haven’t looked back since (except to see how far I’ve come).
I adore helping people reach this mindset too. Our mental and physical well-being is so disconnected from Western culture. We look at the mind and body as separate things when in reality,
like everything, they are connected. I love to teach the balance of anger fuelled training of lifting weights and the calm, love fuelled practice of returning the body to a state of equilibrium through yoga and mindfulness; The ultimate yin and yang that your soul secretly desires.
