I have been interested in health, fitness and sport for as long as I can remember! I was a competitive club swimmer throughout my childhood and well into my teens which taught me that hard work, determination and consistency were key when striving to achieve my goals. 

I transitioned into bodybuilding when I went to university and fell in love with the new found strength and the changes it had begun to make to my body! I understand that resistance training can be daunting to new gym goers, but it really has an important role in achieving your goals whether you want to lose weight or improve strength! 

I strive to provide my clients with the necessary tools and motivation to achieve their goals and to become the best version of themselves. Let me help you realise your dreams!

  • UKBFF 2017 Rookie Bikini Competitor – Placed 2nd
  • Got invited to the British Finals for both federations
