have been in and around the fitness industry for a few years now. I have always been interested in health and fitness which is just as important for you mentally as it is physically.
I used to be a competitive swimmer competing at county level and turned my focus towards weight lifting when I went to university. I have competed in bodybuilding competitions in the bikini category obtaining second place twice and hope to compete again soon.
My areas of expertise are transformation, weight loss, strength training and sports conditioning. I believe that consistency is key regarding achieving your goals and this is important inside and outside of the gym!
I create realistic programmes, tailored to the needs of each Client as a one size fits all approach simply is not good enough as we are all different in ability, mobility and the goals we want to achieve. At the end of the day, I thrive on helping you to become the best version of you!
