I started working at Starks Fitness over two years ago now. I love my job and helping people exercise has always been my number one hobby from a young age.

I specialise in strength and mobility whilst also running my own gymnastics and yoga classes. I always try to incorporate all four styles with my one-to-one clients at Starks Fitness. I educate them not only how to move well in the gym but also how to develop healthy maintainable habits outside of the gym to achieve long term results.

Personal Goals

My main goal is to guide my clients to confidently train on their own outside of my sessions.

My personal goal is a press to handstand, I love training in bare feet, leggings and a baggy top! After a workout I normally reach for a protein based porridge because I have a massive sweet tooth. This normally consists of oats, Sf protein, almond milk, fruits and honey – yum!
