My ethos is that there should be awareness & harmony, in all systems of the human experience. I implement this through mindful movement & various other holistic approaches, assisting the return to our original blissful nature.

I am a dedicated practitioner of yoga, and have an extensive background in various training techniques; including functional bodyweight training, primal movement, strength, conditioning & HIIT.

My aim is to assist you to be the best version of yourself, by owning your body to achieve optimal balance of strength, mobility & flexibility, with correct technique being paramount. I will work with you personally to create bespoke programs, keeping you motivated to accomplish your goals, & push through your limiting beliefs, whatever they may be.

No matter your ability, you will achieve this with a smile on your face!
