Training and nutrition has been an enormous part of my life for the last decade, ever since I
reached towards the weights to improve myself and reach my goals.
Since I started my journey in fitness I have studied sports and exercise science at university
and have continued to further study how to optimise the process of improving body
composition. Doing so has allowed me to help my clients build muscle, lose fat and most
importantly become happier and healthier individuals.
I am determined to further develop my knowledge so I can continue to provide results for my
clients and ensure that the rewards of their hard work and my guidance are worth it.
