I specialise in coaching women who want to feel stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident. I work closely with my clients, helping them set, reach & maintain their goals whilst living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Using a combination of nutritional advice, bespoke strength training and a positive mind set, I aim to educate & empower you to feel the healthiest and happiest you have ever felt, inside and out.
I love a challenge and enjoy mixing up my own training with a combination of strength work, HIIT and conditioning.
My greatest achievement is completing the Tongariro Alpine Crossing in New Zealand – a 19.4km trek in 8 hours. The views were incredible! I love food and believe that ‘healthy’ doesn’t mean eating boring food or feeling deprived. My go-to post workout meal is either protein pancakes or overnight oats – and one of my favourite snacks is almond butter and banana on toast!Book a consultation
