I have always been an active person, playing a variety of sports, cycling, swimming and running. I initially became interested in the gym to get back into shape after having my two children and I soon became addicted to lifting weights and discovering a whole new level to fitness! Once I started to see changes in my body physically, it motivated me to push myself further and inspired me to become a qualified Personal Trainer.
My passion is creating functional programmes tailored to the individual’s needs, as well as offering nutritional support. I strongly believe that by empowering people with the correct knowledge, skills, guidance and resources they need, they’ll soon be on their way to a healthier and happy life.
To motivate and guide you to achieve your own personal goals through varied and structured workouts, to push you out of your comfort zone and to new levels of fitness! My specialist areas are endurance training, muscle gain, weight loss and body conditioning.
