During my years playing professional tennis, I gained a huge passion for mental and physical well-being. This led me to change career and become a personal trainer. I’m enthusiastic to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years to help others find their love and passion in exercise whilst on the journey to achieving their goals. Whilst having experienced injuries and setbacks myself, I like to focus on the fundamentals of training, prioritising mobility and stability work as well as strength training to enable efficient body movement for everyday life. I train people of all abilities whilst specialising in training athletes.
