My specialty is in sports performance and fat loss. My interest in sports performance comes from being a Footballer. Having spent over 7 years involved with Plymouth Argyle Football Club, progressing through their academy and into their senior set-up, I learned a great deal about sports performance such as plyometric and SAQ training as well as resistance training. 

I believe that whether you’re an elite athlete or you’re new to the gym, it is important to focus on producing excellence in regards to body movement, which will then help boost your rate of progress. If you train like an athlete alongside maintaining a diet that’s right for you, you’ll look and feel like an athlete in no time!

Personal Goals

My greatest achievement in terms of coaching is working with England U21 and Brighton and Hove Albion FC player Christian Walton. Along with a host of footballers from Newport County, Plymouth Argyle and also Bristol City academy players. 

In terms of training myself, I enjoy explosive and powerful exercises. I incorporate a lot of plyometric work into my lower body session as this keeps my training fresh and enjoyable as well as improving my performance on the football pitch.
