[NEW] Beginners Movement Series
As with anything, building a solid foundation is essential. In this new series we will be focusing on building the fundamentals in calisthenics for optimal human movement.
The main areas we will be working with are hand balancing, ground movement and locomotion, olympic ring work, full body calisthenics strength, coordination and mobility.
The series will run over 8 weeks with a maximum group of 8 people. We will be running two extended 90 minute classes per week. This time frame will give you enough space to guarantee you evolve in your movement practice. You will learn how to confidently handstand, you will improve your posture, mobility, flexibility and balance. You will become stronger, enhance your movement patterns, bodily awareness and become more mindful.
The Eight Weeks Will Consist Of Four Phases.
Phase One – Movement Initiation
Phase Two – Calisthenics Strength
Phase Three – Flow
Phase Four – Integration
Movement coach Jamie-Lee Mound will be running this series and providing wisdom and expertise to assure you achieve optimal bodyweight utilisation and performance throughout.
