The third and final method of training is the repetition method 👇

Repetitions are to be done to complete failure… This system is designed to focus the efforts on increasing muscular strength at the weakest point of the strength curve 📈

During accumulation phases of the Aesthetic365 programme, we use this method to force adaptation for new lean muscle tissue!

- Strength -

3030 tempo; 10 reps; 3 sets

A1) Barbell Hip Thrust (shoulders on bench)
-1:00 rest-
A2) Goblet Squat
-1:00 rest-

*pick a weight that’s challenging but still doable whilst following the correct tempo

- Muscular Endurance -

EMOM 12'

1. 10 Box Jump, step down
2. 15 KB Swings
3. 20 Bodyweight Reverse Lunges
4. Rest

*Every time a minute begins, complete the exercise allocated to that minute. Remaining time is rest. If you are getting less than 15 seconds rest in a minute, reduce your reps by 3.
