OPTION 1: Team membership – this will give you UNLIMITED access to 13 different variety of ridiculously fun and intensive classes: HIIT, Run Starks, Beginners Calisthenics, Strong 101, Olympic Lifting 101, Primal Shred, Stabilise Me, Mobilise Me, Gun Club, Glute Club, Iron Core, Kettlebells. They will all give you new ways to keep your body supple and your fitness levels high whilst keeping you motivated!
OPTION 2: Team PLUS membership – this will include all the classes above, PLUS our smaller classes including Calisthenics, Empower Yoga, Olympic Lifting and Advanced Calisthenics.
Our most popular Squad access will give you up to 12 Squad PT sessions PLUS all the benefits of the Team access .
SQUAD is our version of a semi-private personal training session with only up to 6 people. They are professionally programmed monthly by our head coach. Each sessions is structured to be a full body workout with an emphasis focus on pull, push, hinge or squat. You will learn proper form, improve strength & technique through weight training and body weight work, enjoy new exercises that never gets boring or repetitive, and most importantly, you will always end on a high with a sweaty finisher!
Up to 12 squad personal training sessions per month
Want to shred quickly or build muscle? If you are keen to reach your goals quickly, mix up your training, and have consistent workout support with 1 to 1 personal training sessions, then our Transform access will suit you perfectly! You will get 3 personal training sessions per week with a dedicated coach, your very own bespoke nutrition plan, free monthly physiotherapy treatments from our on-site Bristol Physiotherapist, PLUS full access to all of our other training.
