No. Our members range from 4-84 years old and all having a different starting points and different goals. Your journey at SF will be unique to you and you will be well supported by our team and the other members along the way. Yes, you will see some super fit members but they all had a starting point too. The initial session with your team captain during your SF Experience will be a great opportunity for you to discuss your goals and work on a plan together on how to achieve them.
No problem, we have you covered. We have Bristol Physiotherapy Sports Clinic on site to help fix a wide range of issues. They will work closely with our team to ensure that any niggles, aches, pains and injuries are dealt with and your training will be tailored to keep any injuries from recurring.
This is where every single one of our Starks Fitness members begins. It gives you a chance to get to know us, giving you the opportunity to experience the style of training and other services we offer with a “no strings attached” approach. It also allows the Starks Fitness team an opportunity to learn about you and your goals and how we can help you achieve them.
You’re free to choose. At the end of your SF Experience Trial Month you will have a consultation to discuss which membership package will best suit to reach you your fitness goals. If you decide that SF isn’t for you, you can simply walk away but we would be sad to see you go 🙁

Yes, you will have a dedicated House Captain who will look after your journey at Starks Fitness.
You will get weekly/monthly reviews and full access to all of our members seminars & nutrition sessions. Accountability is the key to success.
Our training is designed to maximise results and get people in the best shape of their lives. We give you the tools and the support but then its down to you.
There will be an extensive timetable of sessions for you to book into starting from 6am-9pm Mon-Fri and over the course of the weekends. If you opt to go into a full membership after the SF Experience Trial Month, you will also gain open gym access during off peak hours including weekends.
Our contracts are 3 monthly rolling with a 45 days notice period. There is also 12 month options available which will offer a discount.
Our Day Pass is designed to give you the full SF Experience in just 24 hours. You will have access to book into 1 Squat PT session, unlimited Team and have open gym access. Ideal if you are only visiting for the day and want to take full advantage of some top quality training.
No problem, we have you covered! We have carefully pulled together our SF Week Pass which will give you access to book into 3 x Squat Pt sessions, have unlimited Team access all week and open gym. Enjoy!
